Students – challenge your assumptions and explore the aspects of nuclear energy that matter to you. This website will help you learn more about the history, science and safety of nuclear technology, plus other energy sources and the many diverse careers in the nuclear industry.

Teachers – take advantage of curriculum-approved lesson plans, developed according to the Pan Canadian Framework with Ministries of Education across the country, for grades 9–12. Curriculum tie-ins include science, environmental science, biology, physics, history, social studies or world issues. Additional materials including lesson plan and answer keys is also available to you. The teachers’ resources were developed by science educators and curriculum developers across the country with the consultation of the Ministries of Education, teachers and science coordinators.
